We manage VŠE’s main websites and ensure that they are up-to-date, clear and easy to understand for applicants, students, employees, partners, the media and the public.

What do we do?

• manage the content of VŠE’s main websites,
• help with the wording, structure and editing of web texts,
• decide what should be visible on the website and where information should be placed,
• help distinguish content suitable for the homepage, news sections and long-term information pages,
• ensure that the website remains up-to-date, clear and easy to navigate,
• advise on the possibilities offered by the university website management system,
• recommend when another communication channel may be more suitable than the website,
• make sure that important information does not get lost deep within the pages.

When should you contact us?

When you are preparing new content for the main VŠE website, need to edit or reorganise an existing page, are unsure where to place certain information, or are not sure whether a particular message belongs on the website at all.

Why does it matter?

The website is one of the university’s most important communication channels. It helps visitors quickly find the information they need and creates the first impression of VŠE. That is why it should not work as a storage space for everything that did not fit into an email, but as a clear environment that guides visitors in the right direction.
